The new office building in Marousi is an addition to an existing complex, featuring open-plan office floors, underground parking, and a rooftop meeting room with a planted terrace. Its design emphasizes transparency and light, with glazed façades, metal sunshades and a pergola, while the western street façade stands out as a luminous marble-glass surface. A black metal canopy marks the entrance, creating a symbolic gateway to the complex.
