The City Hall is on the main square of Agia Paraskevi, a suburb of Athens. The program called for 3.860m 2 of office space, open town council meeting space, amphitheater, exhibition space and cafe.

A series of ramps take off from street level ascending into a long tall gallery that concentrates all the public functions of the building. This sloping stoa works as a program mixer that attempts to internally intensify the public character of the building.

The building’s facade is simple and contrasting to its busy commercial surrounding.  It does not attempt to disrupt the urban fabric of the square and only develops transparencies within the building volume that focus attention to the enclosed stoa.
